What is Health Coaching?

 

This 12-week program is ideal for you if you need a supportive mentor that will guide you on your health journey to feel your best through individualised food and lifestyle changes that meet your unique needs and health goals. This coaching programme expands into all aspects of integrative health and we discover our main area of focus in the initial consulation - whether it's learning how to give your body the right fuel, reducing your stress, forming a better relationship with yourself and your body, reducing cravings, making a workout routine etc. These weeks will look different for everyone, but my main goal is to pass on my knowledge and skills to help you make daily decisions for the benefit of your long-term health. 

The 12-week program includes:

 

  • 30 minute free introductory consultation to set goals

  • 60-90 minute evaluation of current eating habits, sleep hygiene, stress and physical activities based on your questionnaire

  • Personalised 8 week plan and recommendations for your health areas of focus

  • Homework sheets and recipes 

  • ​12x1 weekly coaching session (via e-mail, video call or phone)

  • 24/7 text support
